Win a Holiday to Big White Ski Resort including travel credit by Purchasing Ski or Snowboard Boots from an SIGB Retailer

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Big White Ski Resort and Snowsports Industries of Great Britain, registered at PO Box 17541, Edinburgh, EH12 1RQ, in the United Kingdom ("Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 1st November 2024 and closes at midnight on the 1st March 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, you must:

Purchase a pair of ski or snowboard boots from a participating SIGB retailer during the Competition Period.
Submit your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Visit the competition website and complete the online entry form by providing your full name, email address, contact details, and proof of purchase.

4. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, agents, and any retailers involved in the competition are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
The competition is open to individuals who have purchased a pair of ski or snowboard boots from a participating SIGB retailer during the Competition Period. Any purchase made outside of the Competition Period will not count as an entry.

5. Prize

The prize consists of; 7 nights of accommodation for two in a Superior Hotel Room, 6 days of skiing or snowboarding for two, Round-trip airport transfers for two, tubing tickets for two, A dining certificate to The Woods restaurant, $2,000 Air credit per person ("Prize")
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Prize must be redeemed within [timeframe] of being awarded, subject to availability and booking conditions.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place once the competition is finished and entries have been collected.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw and will have 25 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time frame, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner's name may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels, unless the winner opts out of this when claiming their prize.

8. Data Protection

By entering the competition, you agree to the Promoter collecting, processing, and storing your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at http://www.sigb.org.uk. You may be contacted by the Promoter regarding future promotions or news, but you can opt out at any time by following the instructions in any email communication.

9. No Purchase Necessary Option

If you do not wish to purchase ski or snowboard boots from an SIGB retailer to enter the competition, you can enter by writing to us at Snowsport Industries of Great Britain, PO Box 17541, Edinburgh, EH12 1RQ, with your name, email address, and date of birth. This must be submitted by 1st March 2025.

10. Exclusions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits false or misleading information or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter will not be liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to computer or network malfunctions, that may prevent an entry from being submitted.

11. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the competition or the use of the prize, except where required by law.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including travel restrictions, delays, or cancellations due to factors such as weather, government action, or health and safety guidelines.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the competition, including being photographed and having their name and location published online and in promotional materials.

13. Governing Law

This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and the Promoter will ensure any updates are clearly displayed on the competition website.
